Wound Care Stem Cell Treatment

There are many reasons why a patient might have difficulty healing a wound. Sometimes the blood supply to the affected organ is poor or the patient could have diabetes. In other situations, the surrounding tissue is just not healthy enough to support the healing process. Specialized wound care clinics have been developed to take care of some of these problems, and they use a variety of methods ( like hyperbaric oxygen) and state of the art medications and dressings. In some case, wounds are still seemingly impossible to heal.

More Information

There is growing literature suggesting that autologous stem cells may aid in the healing of some of these difficult cases.

At the Northern California Stem Cell Treatment Center we harvest and deploy a patient's own stem cells (in conjunction with their wound care specialist) to try and help accelerate the wound healing process.
